Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please provide a photo and we'll either offer a replacement or credit. 

Change of mind
We do not offer exchanges, but we are happy to refund for change of mind within 7 days of you receiving your items, provided that they are unused and in original condition and packaging. You will need to cover the cost of return postage to Brisbane (with tracking) and pack the items securely with adequate padding to protect from breakages (ideally in the same manner it was sent to you). 

We unfortunately cannot offer free returns as we are a small business and postage is not free. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
